Any extra people need to be pre-arranged and an additional $20/person/night will be charged.

We consider children "people" and will count towards the extra person fee

1 boat slip/cottage is supplied.  If you require more than 1 boat slip a $10 fee/day will be charged.  Please pre-arrange before arrival.

A deposit is due at the time of booking for reservations within the same year.  We accept visa, MC or e-transfer to jackslakelodge@hotmail.com

Deposits, for cottages reserved for the following year are due January 31st.

If for some reason you do need to cancel, as long as you give a months notice we will refund your deposit, minus a $50 admin fee.

Strict NO PET POLICY and all cottages are NON-SMOKING of any and all substances indoors.

Damage Deposit - Please note a $500.00 damage hold will be placed on a Visa or MC upon check-in.  The hold will be released pending inspection after check-out.  If there is any signs of smoking inside the cottages, your damage hold will not be released and your card will be charged.

The cottage is to be left cleaned the way it was upon arrival!
